Private Events at The Tea Kettle Café

The Tea Kettle Café honors the timeless tradition of British Afternoon Tea while adding a modern, charming touch to create a truly memorable experience. Whether you’re celebrating a Bridal Shower, Baby Shower, Birthday, or another special occasion, we’re here to bring your vision to life with elegance and warmth.

Enjoy a cozy atmosphere, attentive service, and a curated selection of teas, wines, and specialty offerings. Our private events feature our signature Afternoon Tea Experience, with the option to add food enhancements or décor upgrades. Dinner service—plated or buffet—is also available for evening celebrations.

Our event spaces accommodate gatherings from 12 to 40 guests.
For groups smaller than 12, a standard reservation is the best fit.
Private events for 12–40 guests require a deposit and signed contract.

Age Recommendation

Our private events are recommended for guests ages 12 and up to ensure the best experience for everyone, as the pacing and atmosphere of Afternoon Tea are designed with older guests in mind.
Children under 12 are welcome to attend alongside their families; we do not offer children‑focused party formats.

Activity Guidelines

To preserve the calm, cozy feel of our tearoom, we’re not able to accommodate crafts, paints, beading, glue, or similar activity materials during visits or private events. Our space is intentionally intimate and designed for relaxed conversation, lingering over tea, and enjoying the charm of the room without the disruption or mess that activity supplies can create.

We’re always delighted to host guests for a warm, inviting tea gathering, and we’re happy to help you plan an experience that fits beautifully within our space.
