Afternoon tea is a beautiful English tradition that originated in the 1800s. The Tea Kettle Cafe experience honors this tradition by providing our guests with a one of a kind experience with a modern twist. Whether celebrating a special event such as a Bridal Shower, Baby Shower, a Birthday Celebration, or just joining us for Tea Time. Our space can accommodate up to 42 guests.
Room Options (Private Events)*
(Minimum 8 guests to reserve a private room)
Small Front Half Room - Capacity 8-11 persons Fee = $50
Whole Front Room – Capacity 12-18 persons Fee = $100
Large Back Room – Capacity 19-30 persons Fee = $150
Whole Tea Room – Capacity 31-42 persons Fee = $350
Times
Weekday Party Time Frames: 11 am-1pm, 12-2pm, or 1-3pm
Saturday Party Time Frames: 11 am-1pm and 2-4pm
Sunday Party Time Frames:12-2pm and 1-3pm

Booking Fees
● The Booking Fee guarantees a 2 hour party time as well as a 30 minute set up time and 15 min break down time.
● The Booking Fee guarantees your room for that date/time and is due at time of booking.
● The Booking Fee does not go towards your final bill.
● The Booking Fee is non-refundable. It is transferable to a different date with at least 2 weeks’ notice if the original event date no longer works. If less than 2 weeks’ notice is given for a cancellation, the booking fee is forfeited. Change of date must occur within 1 calendar year of the original event date.
● More set-up time or extended party time is available for $50 for each extra 30 minutes needed. This does require a minimum of 2 weeks notice and pending approval. Please note, if you arrive to set up prior to your 30 minute set up time your final bill will automatically incur the $50 extra time fee.
● You have a 15 minute wrap up to gather all décor, gifts and guests after your party time frame. If you go beyond the 15 minute wrap up time you will automatically incur a $50 charge on your final bill.
● Your final RSVP number given the Wednesday prior to your event will be what will be set on the date of the event, and the final number charged on the day of the event.

Afternoon Tea ($32.95/person)
Five finger sandwiches (a scoop of chicken salad in a mini phyllo cup, a turkey pesto, a tuna salad, an egg salad, and a cucumber cream cheese and dill), One scone served with clotted cream and jam, three assorted mini desserts and tea.
Child’s Afternoon Tea ($22.95/person) Four finger sandwiches served: Nutella and Strawberry, PB&J, Ham and Cheese and Turkey and cheese. One scone served with clotted cream and jam, three assorted mini desserts and fairy water. (Tea may be served at an additional cost)

Decor
Linens (White, Gold, Red, Burgundy) - $5 / table (our tables are standard 30” x 30”)
Chair Bows (White, Pink, Baby Blue, Blue, Red, Gold, Teal, Rose Gold, Green, Peacock, Lilac, and Peach $25 Flat Fee / event
Chalkboard Signage (Standard – you write) $10/ board rental.
Chalkboard Signage (Custom – we write) $30.
Desserts and cakes are available for ordering from our in-house baker. Cakes brought in will incur a $10 cutting fee per cake.
